The grand finals of The International 2024, the Dota 2 World Championship, have concluded. Team Liquid defeated Gaimin Gladiators 3-0 in the grand finals of the tournament. Nisha and his teammates lifted Aegis over their heads, won the tournament gold and earned the $1,153,776 grand prize.

Liquid has not had the most successful history of grand finals appearances at major tournaments until recently. The European club has consistently reached the top 2 but has lost, including to Gaimin Gladiators. In their last two matches, Team Liquid have won a combined five maps against their opponents, managing to avenge a string of bad luck.

Gaimin Gladiators couldn't find the keys to defeat their opponent, giving up Tusk to Boxi on the first two maps. The International silver medal gave the players $358,957 in prize money.
